A service to celebrate Adam's life will be held at St Mary's Church, Wedmore on Thursday 8th June at 12.00 noon. All friends are welcome to attend. Dress code: Please feel comfortable to wear what you feel comfortable in - that's what Adam would want.

The family has politely requested that instead of flowers at the funeral, they would like any donations to be made to Weston Hospicecare, which helped care for Adam. Donations can be made via the link below or left in the collection box at the Church. Many of you will be aware and may have already donated to the amazing fundraising event organised by Adam's university friends. Please don't feel obliged to donate our main request is to share memories and photos of Adam. Thank you x
